    Adv. Ben Mugrabi provides legal consultancy on all areas of real estate, and accompanies residential, commercial, employment and hotel projects.
    Ben represents investors and purchase groups in real estate transactions across all stages, from planning and construction to financing and project registration. Ben handles all legal issues related to the project, its contracts and various processes, including rental and purchase contracts, financing agreements and registration.
    Additionally, Ben represents homeowners in large scale urban renewal projects across Israel - Pinui-Binui and NOP 38. Ben provides ongoing advice to clients on all stages of the contract, including diverse financing aspects up to the project’s successful completion.
    Ben represents investors on all legal issues related to financing and real estate transactions, from the earliest stage of due diligence to financing agreements, planning and creating securities, relevant regulatory issues, and additional relevant issues.
