    Adv. Matan Hemo is an attorney in our firm’s litigation department, specializing in complex civil and commercial litigation before all legal instances and in the provision of ongoing legal counsel.
    Matan represents the firm’s clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings at courts of law and before all instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
    Matan has extensive and in-depth knowledge of the law, enabling optimal skills to formulate and structure legal strategies adapted to the unique circumstances of each case and the requirements of each client. Matan’s experience includes representing individuals and companies on a wide range of complex disputes, including civil and commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, monetary claims, commercial disputes between corporations and individuals, real estate, administrative and supreme court appeals, planning and building, tenders, class actions, environmental laws, etc.
    In addition, Matan regularly accompanies companies and counsels them as part of their multi-faceted commercial activities.
