    Adv. Dana Hofman specializes in urban renewal projects and offers ongoing consultancy and oversight on Pinui Binui and TAMA 38 projects.
    Dana provides ongoing legal consulting to homeowners in TAMA 38 and Pinui Binui urban renewal projects. She guides clients through all stages of the project’s execution, from initial negotiations of contracts to the project’s completion and registration of rights in the Land Registry.
    She also provides legal consulting and support on all areas of real estate, including sales and purchases, rentals, gifts, transfers to relatives, taxation calculations, betterment tax, property taxes, management and oversight of construction projects, and more.
