    Adv. Adi Ben Yair-Yosef specializes in the field of land taxation and provides legal consultation, planning, accompaniment and representation to private individuals, companies and business clients.
    Adi specializes in land taxation and handles the taxation aspects associated with all types of real estate transactions. Within this framework, Adi handles and accompanies real estate transactions and urban renewal projects from start to finish, providing tax consultation and planning as part of the transaction, including representation before the Tax authorities and courts of law, representation on objections and appeals, tax assessment amendments, independent tax assessment calculations, reporting to the tax authorities and legal opinions on land taxation. Adi has personally and successfully handled hundreds of tax transactions and issues with the various Tax authorities.
    In addition, Adi provides legal consultation in the field of real-estate and specializes in urban renewal projects - Pinui Binui and TAMA 38.
