    Shirly provides legal consulting and support on all areas of real estate, including sales and purchases, rentals, Pinui Binui and TAMA 38 projects and more.
    In this framework, Shirly provides ongoing legal consulting to homeowners and developers in TAMA 38 and Pinui Binui urban renewal projects. She guides clients through all stages of the project’s execution, from initial negotiations of contracts to the project’s completion and registration of rights in the Land Registry.
    Shirly is a member of the Bar Association's National Property and Real Estate Forum.
