    Attorney Eden Eliad represents the firm’s clients in a wide range of cases in the fields of insolvency law and commercial litigation.
    Eden specializes in all aspects of insolvency proceedings, including liquidations, creditors’ arrangements, stays of proceedings, and more. She also serves as legal counsel to court-appointed trustees and arrangement managers for corporations subject to stay of proceedings, liquidation, or receivership orders.
     
    In addition, Eden has expertise in enforcement proceedings and civil and commercial litigation, representing the firm’s clients before various judicial instances across the courts.
