Fadi Ghandur

Adv. (CPA) Fadi Ghandur has extensive experience in representing and advising prominent Israeli and international clients on a wide array of Israeli and international tax matters. His practice encompasses, inter alia, mergers and acquisitions, the sale and financing of Israeli and foreign companies, corporate and operational restructurings, real estate investments, and the representation and management of disputes with the tax authorities.
In addition, Fadi represents clients in a variety of proceedings before the Israel Tax Authority, including matters relating to income tax, VAT and real estate taxation. He also advises clients, amongst other things, on general dealings with the tax authorities, tax audits, advance tax rulings, the execution of settlement agreements, the reduction of withholding tax rates, voluntary disclosure proceedings, and related matters.
Fadi possesses considerable expertise in tax litigation across the full breadth of Israeli tax law and regularly appears before courts and judicial tribunals on behalf of his clients, including in matters concerning restructurings, real estate taxation, government grants, and other tax-related issues.
Prior to joining our firm, Fadi worked in the Tax Department of Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer (Ernst & Young), as well as at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. (EBN), whose clientele includes multinational groups, public companies, private companies, high-net-worth individuals, whether Israeli residents or non-residents, real estate investors, and investment funds.
