    Adv. Shirley Shlezinger provides legal consultancy on all areas of real estate, and accompanies residential, commercial and hotel projects.
    Shirley represents investors and purchase groups in real estate transactions across all stages, from planning and construction to financing and project registration. Shirley handles all legal issues related to the project, its contracts and various processes, including rental and purchase contracts, financing agreements and registration.
    Additionally, Shirley represents homeowners in large scale urban renewal projects across Israel - Pinui-Binui and NOP 38. Shirley provides ongoing advice to clients on all stages of the contracts.
