    Ravit Berkovitz is an investment banking and financial consultant who manages the field of Investment Banking, financial consultancy and mergers and acquisitions.
    Ravit joined our firm in 2014 and established an independent financial unit within the framework of our firm. The unit specializes in providing ongoing business and financial consultancy on a retainer basis, or on the basis of specific needs, including drafting a range of financial documents such as company valuations, business plans and financial opinions.
    Ravit specializes in providing diverse financial consultancy services to private and public companies across all areas of their business activities, including mergers and acquisitions (Transaction Services). She also serves as an External Director in an international real estate company.
    Ravit’s activities in the field of economic consultancy and in mergers and acquisitions are strongly based on long term business and personal relationships which Ravit and our firm have developed over the years. These include advising leading large scale private and public companies, business people in the upper echelons of the economy, startups, and private investors from Israel and abroad. This allows Ravit to offer clients a professional set of services suited to their business needs in almost every industry sector.
    Ravit has more than 25 years of experience in diverse areas of finance, 20 of which were in industrial organizations as head of financial departments and as business development VP in two leading companies in their fields: Frutarom and Zoglowek. She also served as Manager of Corporate Finance in the international accountancy consultancy firm, BDO Ziv Haft.
