    Advocate, Partner - Director of Litigation Department
    Adv. Asaf Gershgoren heads the litigation department in our Firm, specializes in civil and commercial litigation and administrative law. He also provides high-level legal consulting on a broad range of complex and multi-faceted disputes.  
    Asaf accompanies Israeli and international companies, managers and senior officers on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, contractual disputes, class action suits, administrative proceedings and various types of lawsuits.
    Asaf provides legal consulting services on a broad range of subjects, including commercial claims, derivative claims, shareholders' conflicts and control conflicts, real-estate disputes, class action suits, administrative proceedings, real-estate claims, intellectual property, libel suits, etc.
    Asaf accompanies clients at all legal instances, at the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as on arbitration and mediation proceedings.
    Asaf graduated the Naval Officers Academy, and worked for a leading law office before joining our firm.

    Haifa University, LL.B. and BA in Economics, Cum Laude, 1999
     
    Membership in the Bar Association:
    Member of the Israeli Bar Association since 2001
